Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying disruptive innovations in quantum computing, AI, and blockchain
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams to prototype future solutions
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to secure first-mover advantages
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to the executive board and board of directors
- Oversee the implementation of emerging technology pilots and measure ROI against industry benchmarks
- Represent InnovateCorp at global tech forums and shape industry standards for future technologies
- Mentor a team of technology futurists and establish innovation KPIs for the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two enterprise-level innovations in AI, quantum, or blockchain
- Deep expertise in emerging technology landscapes with published thought leadership in top-tier journals
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Experience securing multi-million dollar R&D budgets and managing P&L for innovation initiatives
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's tech ecosystem and venture capital community
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
