In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between our clients and our technical experts. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, providing solutions, and ensuring our clients have a seamless experience. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, patient, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools to internal staff and clients.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including operating systems, printers, and network connectivity.
- Document all support tickets and interactions in our CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software installations.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers while keeping clients informed of resolution progress.
- Conduct basic user training and provide guidance on best practices for office technology.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as common office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible, remote-first environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
