Responsibilities

- Develop strategic futures roadmaps for board-level decision-making with quantified impact projections
- Architect 'Future Labs' - immersive innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners to prototype 2026 solutions
- Author quarterly Global Futures Index reports distributed to G20 governments and tech unicorns
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio balancing moonshots with near-term commercialization
- Direct cross-functional 'Ante-Chamber' teams pre-empting regulatory and ethical frameworks for emerging tech
- Represent Horizon at Davos, CES, and UN innovation summits as a thought leader
- Curate the '2040 Vault' - preserving intellectual property for future generations
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Innovation Management (with 10+ years applied experience)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (minimum 3 exits >$100M)
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional scenario planning skills using tools like Delphi, SWARM, or proprietary Horizon methodologies
- Published thought leader with minimum 50 citations in Nature/Science/IEEE Futures sections
- Experience advising C-suite on 10-year strategic pivots across multiple industries
- Mastery of foresight frameworks (e.g., STEEP-V, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ paradigm-shifting innovations deployed at scale
