Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for 2026, focusing on high-growth technical domains such as AI, Cloud Architecture, and Cybersecurity.
- Process Innovation: Lead the integration of AI and automation tools into the recruitment lifecycle to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performing recruiting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
- Brand Advocacy: Elevate Nexus Horizon's employer brand to attract top-tier engineering and product talent in a competitive market.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with C-suite executives and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and build scalable pipelines.
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends and talent pools to identify emerging skills and future-proof our recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of technical recruiting experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of designing and implementing long-term talent acquisition strategies.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of modern software development stacks (React, Node.js, Python, etc.) and emerging tech trends.
- Tool Mastery: Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and pivot strategies based on market data.
