Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified applicants for open requisitions.
- Negotiate salary and contract terms with clients and candidates to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding support.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific technical requirements and team dynamics.
- Track metrics and provide weekly performance reports on recruitment activities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources (1-3 years preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully filling open positions within tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced office environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
