Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases.
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess technical and soft skills.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and culture fit.
- Provide exceptional candidate feedback and relationship management.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, or customer service is preferred.
