Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing top-tier candidates.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking) to build a robust pipeline of technical talent.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Screening & Selection: Conduct effective phone screens and in-person interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Offer Management: Navigate compensation negotiations and ensure a seamless offer process to secure top talent.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to advise clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting (IT, Engineering, Software).
- ATS Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Networking: Proven ability to network on and offline and leverage social media for recruitment purposes.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
