Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify passive candidates for specialized technical roles.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from defining job requirements and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of qualified applicants for current and future openings.
- Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruiting best practices to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing, preferably within a fast-paced agency or high-growth startup environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT).
- ATS Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, urgent hiring environment.
