Responsibilities
- Souring and screening technical candidates (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps) using Boolean search and advanced ATS strategies.
- Conducting comprehensive phone and video interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding.
- Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline through networking and social media engagement.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to define technical requirements and job specifications.
- Negotiating offers and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Providing weekly updates on recruitment metrics and pipeline health.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technical stacks (Java, Python, AWS, etc.).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by business needs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
