Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
- Conduct phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers in New York and remote locations.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer extension.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Attend industry networking events to build brand awareness and network with professionals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional tone.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment without micromanagement.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet sales and hiring targets.
- Experience with social media recruiting and ATS platforms is a plus.
- Valid driver's license is not required but preferred for local travel.
