Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and remote tools.
- Manage and resolve incoming support tickets within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify system bottlenecks and implement solutions.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company IT policies and industry standards.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system for future reference.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Help Desk, Technical Support, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to perform on-site support in the Boston area when required.
