Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud infrastructure.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices and security standards.
- Optimization: Collaborate with the QA team to optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and Marketing) to define feature requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth and knowledge sharing.
- Scalability: Proactively identify technical debt and implement strategies to scale systems efficiently as user demand grows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and RESTful APIs.
- Databases: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
