Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and implement data governance best practices.
- Conduct statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines to ensure high data accuracy and availability.
- Present findings to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (Querying and Database Management).
- Strong skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience creating visualizations in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
