Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 Technical Support: Assist end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop with hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Manage Support Tickets: Log, track, and resolve incoming support requests within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Network Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve problems related to local area networks (LAN), wireless networks, and internet connectivity.
  • System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on workstations, printers, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations.
  • Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day-shift team and other departments to ensure continuity of support.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, IT help desk, or customer service.
