Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues via phone and ticketing systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Manage and resolve incoming Help Desk tickets with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software updates across the office.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Conduct user training sessions on software applications and security best practices.
- Collaborate with the network team to troubleshoot connectivity and infrastructure problems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Information Technology preferred.
- Valid CompTIA A+ certification is a plus but not required.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends if needed.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
