Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize job boards and LinkedIn to identify and screen high-quality candidates for open positions.
- Interview Coordination: Manage the interview process, including scheduling, sending calendars, and preparing candidates.
- Relationship Building: Engage with passive candidates and build a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Admin Support: Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide feedback.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Proficiency with ATS software (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work part-time hours with a flexible schedule.
- Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.
