Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified technical candidates across multiple channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche job boards
- Screen resumes, conduct technical interviews, and assess candidate skills for software engineering roles
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand departmental needs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Optimize recruitment processes using our ATS platform and data-driven strategies
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance employer branding and candidate experience
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven success in hiring software engineers
- Expert knowledge of applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong understanding of technical skills and common programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Proven ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or tech environments
