Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum algorithms for cryptography and optimization challenges

- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processor architectures
- Secure $5M+ in government and industry research grants
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science
- Present findings at top-tier conferences (QIP, APS March Meeting)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum gate-level programming (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in cryogenic quantum system integration
- Proficiency in tensor network simulations (Quimb, ITensor)
- Strong track record of securing research funding
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
