As a Senior Data Analyst, you will act as the bridge between our technical teams and executive leadership, providing the insights needed to drive our business forward.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Design and develop complex SQL queries and data models to support reporting needs.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to present data to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data quality.
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate product performance and user behavior.
- Maintain and document existing data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake preferred).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and automation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Deep understanding of statistical concepts, data mining, and machine learning fundamentals.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
