Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java).
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Perform thorough code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure application stability and performance.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with at least one major backend framework (e.g., Node.js, Django, Spring Boot).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and version control (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
