Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the 2026 strategic technology vision and roadmap to stakeholders.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technology trends (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) to drive innovation.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate new technologies into existing product ecosystems.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and business development teams to align tech goals with company objectives.
- Manage the technology budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources for R&D projects.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech vendors to foster continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or a related executive leadership role.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps (5+ years horizon).
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience managing budgets in excess of $5M annually.
