Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into high-quality code.
- Optimize application performance and ensure responsive, fast user experiences.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Maintain and document system architecture and API integrations.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a Full Time capacity.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience working with SQL databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
