As a key member of our Advanced Research Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, lead cross-functional teams, and translate complex technological trends into actionable business strategies. You'll have direct impact on product development, investment decisions, and market positioning for technologies that will define the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight framework for 2026+ horizon scanning
- Lead strategic initiatives in quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics
- Produce executive-level trend reports and scenario planning documents
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize emerging technology investments
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal capability in strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI governance
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism publications
