Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct in-depth technical audits to identify crawlability, indexation, and site speed issues, implementing solutions to improve Core Web Vitals.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business goals, focusing on high-value keywords and user intent.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headers, alt text) to maximize organic visibility.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor search performance using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, providing detailed monthly reports on traffic, rankings, and ROI.
- Link Building: Manage and oversee outreach campaigns to secure high-authority backlinks from reputable industry publications and blogs.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor strategies and market trends to stay ahead of algorithm updates and industry shifts.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful organic growth campaigns.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR/SSG) concepts.
- Tools: Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
