Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering, data, and IT roles using a variety of sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking, social media (LinkedIn), and attending industry events.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Conduct thorough screening calls and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with passive candidates and university career centers.
- Provide market insights and recruitment analytics to optimize hiring strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the software, engineering, or IT sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully filling high-volume and specialized technical roles.
- Expert proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Lever).
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
