In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our top-tier clients in FinTech and SaaS. You will have the autonomy to drive your own pipeline and the support of a world-class sales team.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for high-volume and specialized technical positions (Software Engineering, Product Management, Data Science).
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches and social networking, to identify passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure immediate fill rates.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and refine job specifications.
- Negotiate offers and manage the closing process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles within a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of the New York tech market and professional networks.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a consultative approach.
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining alignment with team goals.
