Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the end-to-end hiring process for technical roles, from defining job requirements to negotiating offers and closing candidates.
- Strategic Sourcing: Proactively build and manage a robust talent pipeline using advanced sourcing techniques and social media platforms.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor movements to advise leadership on salary benchmarks and hiring strategies.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical nuances and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve recruitment workflows and introduce new tools to enhance efficiency and candidate quality.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, with a strong background in Engineering or AI/ML.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence both technical candidates and hiring managers.
- Adaptability: A self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, startup-like environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
