In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of technical recruitment, sourcing talent for high-demand industries, and ensuring our clients have the workforce they need immediately.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for technical roles using Boolean search and social media platforms.
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates for daily pay positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success criteria.
- Negotiate salary and employment terms to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly reporting on pipeline health.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or sales.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
