Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for mid-to-senior level technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and social recruiting, to identify passive candidates on platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline efficiently using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build long-term talent pipelines for future needs.
- Conduct market research to stay current on salary trends, benefits, and candidate expectations in the Los Angeles tech market.
- Represent the company brand at career fairs, networking events, and tech meetups.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the software, SaaS, or digital marketing sectors.
- Proven experience recruiting for specialized technical roles (e.g., Frontend/Backend Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Strong proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Workday) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
