Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly and full-time roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify passive candidates.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Manage the entire recruitment pipeline from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
- Collaborate with HR partners to ensure compliance and process efficiency.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing channels and reduce time-to-hire.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Proven track record of successfully filling both temporary/hourly and direct-hire positions.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-starter mentality with a high attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
