Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive technical audits to identify crawl errors, indexing issues, and site architecture problems.
- Implement and optimize Schema.org markup (JSON-LD) for rich snippets and enhanced SERP visibility.
- Drive improvements in Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) and overall site performance.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve technical debt affecting SEO rankings.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies that build domain authority and referral traffic.
- Analyze organic search data using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console to inform strategy.
- Train junior marketers and stakeholders on SEO best practices and technical requirements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technical SEO, with a strong background in data analysis.
- Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and third-party SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
- Experience with Python or SQL for complex data queries and reporting.
- Deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how they impact rendering and SEO.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, or HubSpot) and AMP implementation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical teams.
