Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct phone and video interviews with potential candidates to assess cultural fit and technical skills.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse/Leverage).
- Client Communication: Regularly communicate with hiring managers to understand current hiring needs and provide market insights.
- Pipeline Development: Build and nurture a robust pipeline of passive candidates for future requisitions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Flexibility: Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule as required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
