Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including software engineering, product management, and data science.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of candidates and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Conduct engaging phone screens and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring partners to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize job postings and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field.
- Proven ability to work independently in a flexible, remote-first environment.
- Expert proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical skill sets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions to candidates.
- Self-motivated with a high level of organizational and time-management skills.
