Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for technical positions in San Jose, CA, and Ohio.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking to identify passive candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on salary trends and market conditions in the Bay Area and Midwest regions.
- Offer Negotiation: Guide candidates and clients through the offer process to ensure successful placements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts (Software Engineering, IT, Data, etc.).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Location Flexibility: Ability to work from San Jose, CA, with a willingness to support hiring initiatives in Ohio.
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
