- Log and track all support tickets in the CRM system to ensure accountability.
- Perform routine system maintenance and software updates.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in IT support or customer service is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle high-volume ticket volumes.
