Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues for end-users efficiently.
- Manage and maintain local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) infrastructure.
- Perform system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for desktop environments.
- Ensure data security and backup integrity across all departmental systems.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and escalate complex tickets to senior engineering.
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and hardware equipment.
- Collaborate with management to implement new technology solutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or Computer Science is preferred.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation (local travel required).
- Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with Active Directory and network troubleshooting protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
