Responsibilities
- Receiving & Processing: Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming shipments to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Sort, organize, and stock merchandise on warehouse shelves and pallets efficiently.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with precision and speed.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks to ensure product quality and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly. Must be comfortable working in various temperature-controlled environments.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency with inventory management systems.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work well within a team.
- Availability: Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as business needs dictate.
