Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for global markets, climate adaptation, and tech evolution
- Architect strategic roadmaps for clients navigating post-2025 transformations
- Facilitate cross-industry workshops on quantum computing, bio-integration, and decentralized systems
- Produce foresight reports published in partnership with MIT and World Economic Forum
- Mentor a team of futurists using our proprietary AI trend-simulation platform
- Advocate ethical innovation protocols for emerging technologies in 2026+ ecosystems
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier industry forums
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, cross-impact analysis, scenario modeling)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformative technology adoption
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ projects with 2026+ impact horizons
- Certification in AI governance or sustainable innovation frameworks preferred
