- Collaborate with R&D teams to define competency frameworks for next-gen roles
- Analyze labor market trends and competitor talent strategies using predictive analytics
- Champion DEI initiatives in tech recruitment for underrepresented fields
- Mentor junior recruiters in future-tech specialization methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years technical recruitment experience with proven success in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in AI/ML sourcing tools (HireVue, Eightfold, SeekOut) and predictive analytics
- Demonstrated understanding of quantum computing, biotechnology, or AI ethics landscapes
- Experience architecting talent acquisition strategies for pre-market technologies
- Advanced data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI) for talent analytics
- PhD or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in future-tech recruitment or workforce evolution
