Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and internal ATS to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future open roles.
- Conduct compelling phone screens and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Collaborate with department heads to define job requirements and hiring strategies.
- Provide a world-class candidate experience, from application to offer acceptance.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Human Resources.
- Proven track record in high-volume hiring and sourcing passive candidates.
- Strong knowledge of the Seattle technology market and technical skill sets (Java, Python, .NET, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, urgent hiring environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel may be required).
