Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals) to identify and engage passive candidates for technical roles.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the technical and cultural requirements of our clients.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly recruitment targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in software development, engineering, or IT roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of pipelines effectively.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
