- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineering, IT Support, Data Science).
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct phone screens and in-person technical interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Provide weekly status updates and market insights to the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Strong knowledge of the US technology job market and technical skill sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
