As a Technical Recruiter at Apex Talent Solutions, you will be instrumental in shaping our workforce by identifying, attracting, and securing the best engineering and IT professionals in the market.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating offers, and facilitating onboarding for key technical roles.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize creative sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches, social media networking (LinkedIn), and industry events to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, define job specifications, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- ATS Management: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data and pipeline status reports.
- Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador, representing our company culture to potential candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to ensure our recruitment strategies remain competitive.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Sourcing Expertise: Strong ability to utilize Boolean search techniques and social platforms to find passive candidates.
- Professionalism: High level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
