Responsibilities
- SEO Optimization: Conduct comprehensive keyword research and on-page SEO audits to optimize our recruitment content and job boards for maximum visibility.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strategies, and social media to identify and engage top-tier technical talent.
- Candidate Management: Screen resumes, conduct technical interviews, and manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment funnel.
- Marketing Collateral: Create compelling job descriptions and employer branding materials that drive applications.
- Performance Analysis: Track key metrics (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and SEO strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, HR, or digital marketing (SEO preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- SEO Knowledge: Understanding of HTML, meta tags, and search engine algorithms.
