The Role
In this high-impact position, you will lead the charge in identifying emerging trends, technological disruptions, and cultural shifts that will define the professional landscape in 2026 and beyond. You will bridge the gap between corporate strategy and human capital, designing a resilient, agile, and highly engaged workforce ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to identify macro-economic and technological trends affecting the 2026 workforce landscape.
- Design and implement a comprehensive Future of Work framework that integrates AI, automation, and hybrid collaboration models.
- Define the organizational structure and talent strategy required to support the company's expansion into 2026.
- Lead change management initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptability.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align talent acquisition and retention strategies with long-term business goals.
- Advocate for inclusive practices that ensure diversity and equity in the evolving digital workplace.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in HR Strategy, Organizational Design, or Management Consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing Future of Work strategies and managing organizational transformation.
- Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and their implications on workforce roles and skills.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
