Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and search strategies for technical roles.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
- Build a strong talent pipeline and maintain relationships with passive candidates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service is a plus, but entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
