Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search) to identify passive candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build accurate job specs.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience with a focus on timely communication and professional engagement.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring pipelines and improve conversion rates.
- Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates in the tech sector.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
