- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate data.
- Provide a world-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and technical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
