Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent in Minneapolis.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize creative sourcing strategies, social media, and professional networks to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and engineering leads to understand technical requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct technical and behavioral interviews, providing feedback to stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
- Employer Branding: Promote our company culture and open positions within the Minneapolis tech community to enhance our employer brand.
- Analytics: Track key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and quality-of-hire, to optimize recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the Minneapolis or broader Minnesota market.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skill Set: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities in a full-time role.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development life cycles and technical job functions (e.g., Java, Python, Cloud, Data Science).
