Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT Support).
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking events to identify and engage passive candidates in the Austin area.
- Interview Coordination: Screen candidates, conduct technical interviews, and present top talent to hiring managers.
- Client Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and culture.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with salary trends and market conditions in Austin and Ohio tech sectors.
- Onboarding: Coordinate offer negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Austin, Texas (or nearby regions).
- Tools: Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Drive: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly recruiting targets.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
